Lucky Bisht, also known as Agent Lima, gained notoriety for his remarkable feat of shooting two gangsters in the head with a single bullet, resulting in the death of both individuals. Despite numerous investigations, no agency has been able to uncover the secret behind his extraordinary marksmanship. Additionally, there are allegations that he is involved in contract killing.

Early Life and Background

Lucky Bisht hails from Gangolihat, Uttarakhand, and has an impressive background as a former Indian Army officer, NSG commando, and R&AW agent. His grandfather passed away during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. He finished his primary schooling at Kendriya Vidhyalaya No. 5, Mansarovar, Jaipur, and enlisted in the special forces when he was just 16 in 2003. He went through two and a half years of training in espionage and commando tactics in Israel.

Career in Security and Espionage

Lucky Bisht kickstarted his career at a young age of 16 by enrolling in the R&AW and undergoing rigorous training in espionage and commando tactics, with a special focus on training in Israel. Over the years, he took on diverse roles, serving in the Assam Rifles and Special Forces, and successfully completing multiple missions in nations such as Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Congo.

Chief Security Officer

Bisht’s skills and knowledge allowed him to work as the Chief Security Officer for many important political figures, such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former US President Barack Obama when he visited India in 2010. He worked as a personal bodyguard for politicians like L. K. Advani, Chandrababu Naidu, Rajnath Singh, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In 2009, Bisht was named India’s Best NSG Commando.

Imprisonment and Acquittal

In 2011, Bisht was accused in connection with the twin murders of Raju Pargai and Amit Arya and was later imprisoned. He was cleared of all charges in 2018 due to lack of evidence. After this, he decided to leave the special forces and pursue a career in the Hindi film industry.

Transition to Bollywood

Lucky, a Bollywood narrator, rejoined the Special Forces in 2018 and later retired in 2019. In that year, he began his career as a scriptwriter in the Indian film industry. Up to now, he has written three web series and a film. Moreover, he boasts a massive fan base of 1.2 million followers on Instagram.

Production Company

Bisht entered the Indian film industry as a writer in 2019. A book about his life, called “R.A.W. Hitman: The Real Story of Agent Lima,” was released by Simon & Schuster on July 4, 2023, in the United States and on July 6, 2023, in India. The book, written by Hussain Zaidi, became a bestseller in just three weeks. The foreword was written by Neeraj Kumar, former Delhi Police Chief. This is the second book by Simon & Schuster about an Indian person, the first being about Sachin Tendulkar.

Legal Challenges

Facing obstacles with courage and dignity sums up the experience of Lucky Bisht, a former National Security Guard (NSG) commando and spy whose real-life story has been penned by S Hussain Zaidi in the book “R.A.W Hitman: The Real Story of Agent Lima.” Published by Simon & Schuster, the book focuses on the years from 2011 to 2015.

Double Murder Case

Lucky, a notorious gangster in Uttarakhand, was arrested by the police in September 2011 for a double murder case. Bisht was accused of being involved in the assassination of Raju Pargai and Amit Arya. The Uttarakhand Police charged him with a double murder on September 5, 2011. He spent more than three years in jail, moving between 11 different facilities. Bisht was released on March 11, 2015. Eventually, he was acquitted by the Nainital district court on March 6, 2018, due to a lack of evidence. In 2018, Bisht returned to the Special Forces and retired in 2019 before entering Bollywood later that year.
