- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken or misidentified.
- Your consent to jurisdiction of your local courts.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit.
5. Repeat Infringers
- UpgradeYou reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
